Assess your leads and develop your contact plans. Put together a post-show report to see where you succeeded, and what you need to concentrate on for next time.

2 weeks after

Give personalised follow-ups to each contact.
 

 

3 weeks after

Develop individual contact plans for all show leads.

 

4 months after

Start a monthly review of all contacts and leads generated. Progress towards sales and against targets set before the event.
